Writing, Editing and Proofreading Projects

You provide us with the topic and any information you have, such as background material, outlines, instructions, references, etc. We will ask questions if necessary, but because we’re a team of doctors and science writers, we won’t need any hand-holding!

We first deliver a draft that is then edited based on your feedback. For large projects, we break the document into sections, delivering the draft one chapter or segment at a time.

Approximate Pricing

Pricing varies depending upon project complexity. Single-spaced pages without images are about 500 words, double-spaced pages and those with images and/or formatting for "white space" are about 250 words.

Writing ~ $0.25 to $1.75 per word
Editing ~ $0.05 to $0.35 per word
Proofreading ~ $0.01 to $0.05 per word

Payments are incremental. Complete business terms will be provided before we begin work.
