If you are interested in joining our writing team of American medical writers and have a doctoral-level medical degree (e.g. PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, ND, DC, DDS, DVM), please follow our application process below. Preference is given to applicants with writing experience, especially journalism training or experience. The ability to tell an engaging and informative written story is the biggest skill we are looking for. We do also periodically hire some interns interested in a medical writing career who are working on a doctoral-level degree.

We currently have a need for American medical writers with experience or expertise in dermatology, gastroenterology, neuroscience/neurology and oncology/cancer biology. Additionally, we have a need for US board-certified MDs who are good writers.
